Using Your Email App
Reading Emails
Open your email app. Your inbox shows recent messages. Tap any email to read it. Unread messages usually appear bold or with a dot.
Writing a New Email
Look for a + sign or pencil/compose icon (usually bottom right). Tap it, then enter the recipient's email, a subject, and your message.
Replying to Emails
Open an email and look for the Reply arrow (curved arrow pointing left). Tap it, type your response, and tap Send.
Deleting Emails
While viewing an email, look for the trash can icon. Or swipe left on an email in your inbox to see delete options.
Common Problems
"Password incorrect"
Make sure you're using the same password you use on a computer. If you forgot it, use "Forgot Password" on your email provider's website.
"Account not verified"
Some email providers (especially Gmail) may send a verification code to confirm it's really you. Check your computer email or phone for this code.
"Email not syncing"
Make sure you're connected to WiFi or mobile data. Try closing and reopening the email app. If still not working, restart your phone.
"Too many emails to read"
Don't worry - you don't have to read them all! Focus on recent ones. Older emails will still be there if you need them.
